Basically, the thesis has achieved the following main research results:
Firstly, the thesis focused on studying the current status of tourism development in Yen Island in recent times, and at the same time orienting Yen Island tourism to develop long-term, sustainable economic, cultural - social and environmental aspects.
Second, the thesis has preliminarily analyzed tourists' satisfaction with tourism products at Khanh Hoa Swallow Island, focusing mainly on domestic and international tourists.
Third, the thesis has proposed some basic orientations for sustainable tourism development in Yen Island. These orientations can also be good suggestions for sustainable tourism development on other islands.
11. Practical application:
From the results of the survey of tourists' evaluation of tourism products in Khanh Hoa's Yen Island, the thesis contributes to pointing out the shortcomings in the organization, management and exploitation of tourism activities in Khanh Hoa's Yen Island. From there, recommendations are made to develop sustainable tourism in Khanh Hoa's Yen Island.
The thesis is a reference document for tourism management agencies and serves teaching work at tourism training institutions.
