Based on theory and practice, the thesis has pointed out the organizational structure of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Thanh Hoa province in terms of: organizational structure model and personnel organization; the current status of the activities of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Thanh Hoa province in terms of: administrative management activities and some typical professional activities.
