10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis has outlined the general theories of Buddhism and the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Thanh Hoa province.

Based on theoretical and practical foundations, this thesis has identified the organizational structure of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Thanh Hoa province in terms of: organizational structure model and personnel organization; and the current state of activities of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Thanh Hoa province in terms of: administrative management activities and some typical professional activities.

Based on that situation, the thesis assesses the achievements and limitations of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Thanh Hoa province and proposes some solutions to improve the organization and enhance the effectiveness of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Thanh Hoa province.

The assessments, solutions, and recommendations presented in this thesis can be applied to the activities of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Thanh Hoa province.

On the theoretical and practical basis, the thesis shows current situations of the organizational structure of the Executive Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Thanh Hoa province in terms of: the model of organizational structure and personnel organization; current situation of activities of the Executive Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Thanh Hoa province in terms of: administrative management and some typical professional activities.

From those situations, the thesis makes assessments on the achievements and limitations of the Executive Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Thanh Hoa province and proposed some solutions to improve the organization and raise the performance of the Executive Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Thanh Hoa province.
