The thesis focuses on clarifying the people-to-people diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in the period 2000 - 2018. From there, the thesis will draw out the achievements that the two countries have achieved during this time, with the causes and measures that the two countries have created to achieve those achievements. Besides the achievements that the two countries have had, there are also limitations and limits that the relationship between the two countries has not achieved high efficiency in cooperation with the causes and reasons leading to those limitations. All to serve the purpose of how to make the people-to-people diplomatic relations of the two countries more effective in the future. The author also proposes a number of solutions and new directions for the people-to-people diplomatic relations of the two countries in the future, with solutions and incentives that the author believes will contribute to creating great strides for the relationship between the two countries. Those directions will be the foundation for future scientific works to have a certain reference to create a new direction for the relationship between the two countries.
