11. Summary of project results:

The project provided psychological intervention for a young person who had adverse childhood experiences. The intervention results showed significant improvement in several aspects. Specifically, the client established a more stable and appropriate daily routine; the manifestations of complex post-traumatic stress disorder significantly decreased; and the ability to recognize and regulate negative thoughts improved in daily life. Simultaneously, the client noted improvements in relationships. The project contributes to clinical practice by providing a systematic intervention process that can be applied to similar cases.

This project contributes to providing further evidence demonstrating the effectiveness of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy for clients with adverse childhood experiences.

11. Summary of the findings of the project: This project implements psychological intervention for a young adult with adverse childhood experiences. The intervention results showed that the client achieved significant improvement in several areas. specifically, the client has begun to establish a more stable and appropriate daily routine; the symptoms of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) have shown a clear reduction in their impact; and the ability to recognize and regulate negative thoughts has been increasingly applied in daily life. In addition, the client reported improvements in interpersonal relationships. The project contributes to clinical practice by providing a systematic intervention process that may be applied to similar cases.
