Summary of Project Results: The project conducted a psychological assessment of a young person exhibiting depressive disorder through clinical interviews, observation, psychological tests, and comparison according to DSM-5 standards. Based on the case study, the trainees developed a treatment plan consisting of 14 sessions combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Following the intervention, the client reported significant improvements in cognition, emotions, and behavior. Negative self-thoughts decreased significantly, and self-esteem and a sense of meaning in life increased. The client improved relationships with family and friends, reduced social avoidance, and participated in more meaningful activities. Lifestyle habits were also adjusted in a more positive direction. The assessment results showed approximately 76% improvement in psychological issues. Simultaneously, the client was provided with a relapse prevention plan and continued follow-up after treatment.

Furthermore, the project's results contribute to providing practical evidence of the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with mindfulness in supporting mental health improvement in young people.

Summary of the findings of the project: The project conducted a psychological assessment for a young adult presenting symptoms of depressive disorder through clinical interviews, observation, psychological tests, and comparison with the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5. Based on the case formulation, the author developed a 14-session treatment plan integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. After the intervention, the client reported significant improvements in cognition, emotions, and behavior. Negative thoughts about the self increased significantly, while self-esteem and a sense of meaning in life increased. The client also improved relationships with family and friends, reduced social avoidance, and participated in more meaningful activities. Daily habits were also adjusted in a more positive direction.
