In my opinion, solutions to improve content quality, refine format, and create a unique identity for programs aimed at overseas Vietnamese require collaboration between the State, the media agency (VTC10 television channel), and the team of reporters and editors. Among these, the most urgent solution is to improve the professional skills, ethical conduct, political acumen, cultural knowledge, and foreign language proficiency of reporters, editors, directors, technicians, cameramen, and even those in leadership and management positions.
