On this theoretical basis, the thesis will focus on surveying and evaluating the current situation of Nam Dinh press propaganda on the construction of New Rural Areas; assessing the advantages, disadvantages, causes of the advantages and limitations and the issues that need to be solved. From the survey results, the thesis analysis will propose recommendations to determine the basic directions and specific solutions to improve the quality of propaganda of Nam Dinh press on the field of New Rural Areas construction.

With this topic, the thesis has an important meaning in contributing to supplementing and developing the theoretical system of press genres propagated in the Nam Dinh press system, especially news, reflection, and reportage. In some aspects, the topic will have initial contributions in statistics, evaluation, comments and analysis in terms of content and form of expression.
