From mastering the foundation of formation, development and basic content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the ruling Communist Party, period 1945 - 1954, the thesis analyzes and highlights the theoretical and practical value of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the ruling Communist Party of Vietnam, period 1945 - 1954 with the work of building and rectifying the Communist Party of Vietnam in the current period.

The thesis contributes to deepening theoretical issues on political parties, ruling parties and ruling communist parties.
