- This thesis analyzes and evaluates the current state of information quality regarding the restructuring of Vietnam's banking system in online newspapers from January 2017 to December 2017, aiming to systematize theoretical issues surrounding the content of information on the restructuring of Vietnam's banking system.

- The thesis clarifies the role of the press, especially online newspapers, in providing information about the restructuring of the banking system.

- Conduct surveys, investigations, research, and assessments of the current state of information regarding the restructuring of Vietnam's banking system across three online newspapers: Nhan Dan Online, VnEconomy, and Banking Times. Through this, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of these newspapers in terms of information on banking system restructuring.

- Conduct in-depth interviews with 10 individuals, including scientists, journalists, managers, and financial and banking experts, to assess the quality of information on the restructuring of the banking system in the press in general and online newspapers in particular; evaluate the role and responsibility of the press in providing information on the restructuring of the banking system; and thereby analyze and synthesize arguments to clarify the current state of information on the restructuring of the Vietnamese banking system.

Based on the current state of information on online newspapers in general, and the surveyed newspapers in particular, stemming from practical demands and assessments from experts and creators, this author proposes solutions and recommendations to overcome limitations and improve the quality of information on the restructuring of Vietnam's banking system on online newspapers today.

11.Summary of the findings of the thesis: This thesis contains the researches, analyzes and evaluations of the reality of the information about the restructuring of banking system in Vietnam on Vietnames online newspaper during 2017, in order to systematize theoretical issues among the content on Vietnames online newspaper about the restructuring of banking system in Vietnam. Additionally, the importance of Vietnamese Press, especially the online newspaper in pronouncing the information about the restructuring of banking system in Vietnam is also clarified.

There are 3 Vietnames online newspapers under the study, including: Nhan Dan Online, VnEconomy, Thoi Bao Ngan Hang. 10 cases of in-depth interviews with researchers, managers and specialists in financial - banking career also give a comprehensive perspective for the reality of the information about the restructuring of banking system in Vietnam on Vietnames online newspaper. The pros and cons from the activities on the newspaper system are also pointed out and analyzed for appropriate addressing and contributive recommendations.
