Based on the systematization of the theory of the research problem, the thesis surveys, analyzes and evaluates the transparency of information about the stock market in electronic newspapers. The thesis surveys 03 electronic newspapers: Securities Investment Newspaper (tinnhanhchungkhoan.vn), Vietnam Financial Times (thoibaotaichinhvietnam.vn), Vietnam Economic Times (vneconomy.vn) in the period from March 2017 to March 2018. From there, it proposes a number of solutions to contribute to improving the transparency of information about the stock market in the press in general, including electronic newspapers.
