Based on a systematic theoretical framework of the research problem, this thesis surveys, analyzes, and evaluates the transparency of information about the stock market in online newspapers. The thesis surveys three online newspapers: Securities Investment Newspaper (tinnhanhchungkhoan.vn), Vietnam Financial Times (thoibaotaichinhvietnam.vn), and Vietnam Economic Times (vneconomy.vn) during the period from March 2017 to March 2018. From this, it proposes several solutions to improve the transparency of information about the stock market in the press in general, including online newspapers.
11. Practical applications:
This research provides securities market regulators and news outlets with an overview of the transparency and clarity of securities market information in the Vietnamese press at present. This will help these agencies coordinate with each other and develop communication plans regarding the securities market, thereby further improving the quality of securities market information on online news platforms.

The thesis conducts the survey in 03 electronic newspapers including the Securities Investment (tinnhanhchungkhoan.vn), Vietnam Financial Times (thoibaotaichinhvietnam.vn), Vietnam Economic Times (Vneconomy.vn) in the period from March 2017 to March 2018.
