10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis is the first comprehensive work to systematically compile all source materials about Tinh Quang communal house (Giang Bien ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city). It is also the first time that research on Tinh Quang communal house has been analyzed and interpreted scientifically and systematically.
The thesis also provides rich information about the space, location, worshipped figures, architecture, and sculpture of Tinh Quang communal house.
This thesis has made contributions, clarifying the architectural and sculptural values, determining the initial construction date of Tinh Quang communal house and subsequent restorations for comparison with other contemporary relics. It also sets out basic directions for preserving and promoting the value of Tinh Quang communal house.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis will be a reliable source of information for domestic and international cultural researchers interested in ancient architecture in general and village communal house architecture in particular.

In the future, the author of this thesis will attempt to conduct broader research to clarify some of the issues addressed in this thesis, including:

This thesis is the first full systematic resources on Tinh Quang Communal House (Giang Bien Ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city). This is also the first study of Tinh Quang Communal House be analyzed scientifically decoding system.
The thesis has also provided rich data about space, locality, who was worshiped, and architecture and sculpture of Tinh Quang Communal House.
This thesis has contributed, to clarify the value of architecture and sculpture, dating back to the built up of Quang Tinh Communal House and it later restored to compare with other sites simultaneously and establish a basic orientation for preserving and promoting the values of Quang Tinh Communal House.
