This reflection occurs through the internal conditions of the reciprocal relationships within the group, within a prescribed framework and with the guidance of the university. - The psychological atmosphere in the student group of the Faculty of Educational Psychology, Hai Phong University, is favorable. - The conclusion allows us to affirm that the initial hypothesis is correct. - The main causes of the favorable psychological atmosphere in the student group are divided into three interpersonal relationships: individual-to-individual, individual-to-group, and class officer-to-group. - Many factors influence the psychological atmosphere of groups. The most influential factors include a stressful class schedule, internal disunity and division within the class; - Class officers play a crucial role in managing and building the group, acting as leaders in all activities and in building a united and cohesive group. From the above conclusions, we see that to develop the well-rounded personality of students, it is necessary to build student groups with a healthy and favorable psychological atmosphere.
