Summary of the results of the thesis: - Based on the study of documents, we draw a definition of the psychological atmosphere of the student collective as the social psychological state of the student collective reflecting the level of development of interpersonal relationships, moods, trends, viewpoints, expressing satisfaction and attitudes of members towards relationships in the collective. That reflection takes place through the internal conditions of the mutual relationships in the collective, within the prescribed framework and with the orientation of the school. - The psychological atmosphere in the student collective of the Faculty of Educational Psychology, Hai Phong University is favorable. - The conclusion allows us to affirm that the initial hypothesis is correct. - The main cause of the favorable psychological atmosphere in the student collective is divided into 3 interpersonal relationships: Individual to individual, individual to group and class cadre to the collective. - There are many factors affecting the psychological atmosphere of the collective. The most influential factors are the stressful class schedule, disunity and division within the class; - Class officers play an important role in managing and building the collective, being the leader in all activities and in building a united collective. From the above conclusions, we see that in order to build a comprehensive development of student personality, it is necessary to build student collectives with a healthy and favorable psychological atmosphere. The psychological atmosphere is created by human-to-human relationships in the collective, in the organization of labor and work results. 11.
