Summary of the results of the thesis: The relationship between parents and adolescents in the family is analyzed with two contents including: First, parents' concept of the value of adolescents in life is shown in: parents' sacrifice for their children and children's obedience to the elders in the family, parents' priority for adolescents in some areas, and parents' concerns for adolescents; Second, parents' and adolescents' views on marriage. In general, the analysis results for questions for both parents and adolescents in the same area such as parents' sacrifice for their children, children's obedience to the elders in the family or the person deciding on marriage all show that the relationship between parents and adolescents today tends to be more equal and democratic. Factors such as parental education, household living standards and place of residence have a certain influence on the views of both parents and adolescents on the issues analyzed. In general, parents with higher education levels, families with higher living standards and living in urban areas tend to be more open-minded, less attached to their children, and more respectful, trusting and less involved in adolescents' problems than parents with lower education levels, lower household living standards and living in rural areas. For adolescents, gender also influences their views on their relationships with their parents. Male adolescents generally tend to have more traditional thinking and concepts than female adolescents in most areas. 11. Practical applicability: (if any) 12. Adolecent's sex also affects their opinions about their relationship with parents. Boys generally remain traditional opinion and thought in compared with that of girls in most issues. 12.
