In chapter 1, the thesis highlights the dialectical relationship between economics and politics through the analysis of VI Lenin's policy lines in the new economic policy. From there, the thesis highlights the principle: politics is the concentration of economics and politics cannot but hold the leading position compared to VI Lenin's economics. In this chapter, the thesis also explains the concepts and points out the necessity of building a market economy in Vietnam as a premise to solve the problems in chapter 2.
