10. Summary of thesis results:
Adolescents are a group of people who need special attention from their families, schools and society because of their unstable psychological characteristics and vulnerability in the context of an increasingly developing society, with increasing pressure from studying, peer relationships and the influence of social networks. Depression and post-traumatic stress disorder can occur at any age, at any stage, and will leave serious consequences if not intervened promptly. Depression in adolescents may or may not be triggered by a psychological trauma. Research on depressive disorders caused by childhood trauma can be a useful topic. There have been studies showing a link between depressive disorders and psychological trauma. Expanding and approaching this topic more deeply will certainly help us have more perspectives on the correlation, effective treatment directions and prevention of other risk factors.
In this study, the author provided an overview of depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and school bullying in adolescents. Based on proven scientific evidence of effectiveness, the author used a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach combined with mindfulness to support the client's problems.
Research results show that psychotherapy plays a very important role in improving psychological problems of adolescents. Psychological disorders requiring drug intervention will be much more effective and faster if the client receives psychotherapy at the same time. For the client in the study, the cognitive-behavioral approach combined with mindfulness initially brought about results. The client learned how to relax, and in some situations, he could control his emotions better than before. The client accepted the reality that some events and problems did not go as he wanted. The client could adjust some of his thoughts in a more useful direction.
11. Practical applicability: Many studies have shown that cognitive behavioral therapy is effective for depression, and mindfulness has a positive effect in treating post-traumatic stress. Therefore, for clients with multiple problems as above, the combination of CBT and mindfulness will be the appropriate approach.
12. Future research directions: The author plans to conduct further research on CBT therapy combined with mindfulness and ACT therapy to compare the effectiveness in treatment for clients with multiple problems.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Adolescents are a group that needs special attention from families, schools and society because of their unstable psychological characteristics and vulnerability in social context: the pressure from studying, friendship relationships problem and the influence of social networks are increasing. Depression and post-traumatic stress disorder can occur at any age. Regardless of the stage, they have serious consequences if not promptly intervened. Depression in adolescents may or may not begin after a psychological trauma. Research on depressive disorders caused by childhood trauma can be a useful topic. There have been studies showing a link between depressive disorders and psychological trauma. Expanding and accessing this topic more deeply will certainly help us gain more perspectives on correlation, effective treatment, and prevention of other risk factors.
In this study, the author gave an overview of depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress and the current situation of school bullying in adolescents. Based on proven scientific evidence of effectiveness, the author uses a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach that combines mindfulness to support client's problems.
Research results show that psychotherapy plays a very important role in improving adolescents' psychological problems. Psychological disorders that require pharmacological intervention will be much more effective and quicker if the client receives psychotherapy at the same time. For the client in the study, the cognitive-behavioral approach combined with mindfulness was initially effective. Client learn ways to relax and in some situations can control his emotions better than before. He can partly accept that in reality there are some events and problems that are not to his liking. He can adjust some of his thoughts in a more helpful direction.
12. Practical applicability, if any: Many studies have shown that cognitive-behavioral therapy is effective for depressive disorders, and mindfulness has a positive effect in treating post-traumatic stress. Therefore, for clients with multiple problems as above, a combination of CBT and mindfulness will be the appropriate approach.
13. Further research directions, if any: The author plans to further research on CBT therapy combined with mindfulness and ACT therapy to compare the effectiveness of therapy for clients with multiple problems.
