10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis studies the theory of communication management, communication plan management, and systematizes the management issues required for a communication plan, from managing objectives, messages, and activities to managing feedback. Based on a practical survey of communication plan management in the State Treasury system (studying two case studies: communication plan management for the modernization of State Treasury operations and communication plan for administrative reform in the State Treasury system), the thesis initially develops a theoretical framework for the issue of communication plan management in the State Treasury. The thesis analyzes the practical problems and proposes solutions to improve the quality of communication plan management in the State Treasury.
11. Practical applications:
Research on communication management through communication plan management is not widely discussed, especially in dissertations. This dissertation explores and researches the issue of communication plan management, systematizes the theory, and examines two specific case studies from the State Treasury, helping other units interested in studying and applying effective communication management and communication plan management.
This thesis systematically develops and proposes criteria for managing a communication plan, offering specific solutions for managing communication plans within the State Treasury system. The theoretical framework for managing communication plans presented in this research will serve as a valuable reference for the State Treasury in developing criteria for managing each specific communication plan.
