10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis studies the theory of communication management, communication plan management, systematizes the issues that need to be managed for a communication plan, from managing goals, messages, activities... to managing feedback information. Based on a survey of the practice of communication plan management of the State Treasury system (studying two cases of management of the Communication Plan on modernizing State Treasury business activities and the Communication Plan for administrative reform in the State Treasury system), the thesis initially builds a theoretical framework for the issue of communication plan management of the State Treasury. The thesis analyzes the practical issues and proposes solutions to improve the quality of communication plan management of the State Treasury.
11. Practical application:
There are not many documents mentioning the research on communication management through communication planning management, especially there are not many theses researching this issue. This thesis studies and researches the issue of communication planning management, systematizes the theory, surveys from the practice of 2 specific cases of the State Treasury, helping units interested in studying and applying communication management and effective communication planning management.
The thesis systematizes and builds, proposes criteria for management of a communication plan, and provides specific solutions for the management of communication plans in the State Treasury system. The theoretical framework for the management of communication plans that the topic researches and proposes will be a valuable reference for the State Treasury to build a system of criteria for the management of each specific communication plan.
