Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of facilities management and the role of the office in facilities management.
In Chapter 1, the author presented: concepts, objectives, principles, contents of facilities management and influencing factors. In addition, the author analyzed the role of the office in facilities management, thereby affirming the importance of the office in the general management activities of agencies and organizations.
Chapter 2. Current status of facilities management at Foreign Trade University - Quang Ninh Campus.
In Chapter 2, the author conducted a survey of facilities and measures for facility management at the Foreign Trade University - Quang Ninh Campus. Using the SWOT method, the author analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in facility management activities at Quang Ninh Campus. From there, he gave general assessments, achieved results, limitations and causes of limitations in facility management at Quang Ninh Campus.
Chapter 3. Solutions to improve the efficiency of facilities management at Foreign Trade University - Quang Ninh Campus.
In Chapter 3, based on the results of analyzing the current status of facilities management activities in Chapter 2 and the development orientation of Foreign Trade University - Quang Ninh Campus, the author proposed a number of solutions to further improve the effectiveness of facilities management at Quang Ninh Campus such as: developing organizational structure and human resources; promoting planning, training and fostering; financial solutions, strengthening facilities; promoting inspection and evaluation in facilities management.
11. Practical application
Firstly: Based on the research results of the thesis, leaders at all levels of Foreign Trade University complete the process of managing facilities at Quang Ninh Campus.
Second: The research results of the thesis also help leaders of the office area in general, the Administration Department in particular and officials in charge of facilities management understand their roles and responsibilities in facilities management activities. Thereby, leaders and officials with related responsibilities know how to apply appropriate measures to the actual situation of the agency in facilities management, contributing to improving the efficiency of using public assets of the School and the Facility.
Third: The research results of the thesis are also reference documents for training institutions with similar functions and characteristics.
12. Further research directions
