Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of physical facility management and the role of the office in physical facility management.
In Chapter 1, the author presented the concept, objectives, principles, content of physical infrastructure management, and influencing factors. In addition, the author analyzed the role of the office in physical infrastructure management, thereby affirming the importance of the office in the overall management activities of an agency or organization.
Chapter 2. Current status of infrastructure management at the Foreign Trade University – Quang Ninh Campus.
In Chapter 2, the author conducted a survey of the facilities and facility management measures at the Foreign Trade University – Quang Ninh Campus. Using the SWOT analysis method, the author analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in facility management at the Quang Ninh Campus. From this, a general assessment was made, highlighting the achievements, limitations, and causes of these limitations in facility management at the Quang Ninh Campus.
Chapter 3. Solutions to improve the efficiency of physical facility management at the Foreign Trade University - Quang Ninh Campus.
In Chapter 3, based on the analysis of the current state of physical infrastructure management in Chapter 2 and the development orientation of the Foreign Trade University - Quang Ninh Campus, the author proposed several solutions to further improve the efficiency of physical infrastructure management at the Quang Ninh Campus, such as: developing organizational structure and human resources; strengthening planning, training, and professional development; financial solutions; strengthening infrastructure; and enhancing inspection and evaluation in physical infrastructure management.
11. Practical applications
Firstly: Based on the research findings of this thesis, leaders at all levels of the Foreign Trade University should refine the process of managing physical facilities at the Quang Ninh campus.
Secondly: The research findings of this thesis also help leaders in the office area in general, the Administrative Department in particular, and officials in charge of facility management to understand their roles and responsibilities in facility management. Through this, leaders and relevant officials can apply appropriate measures to the actual situation of the agency in managing facilities, contributing to improving the efficiency of using public assets of the School and the Institution.
Thirdly: The research findings of this thesis also serve as a reference for training institutions with similar functions and characteristics.
12. Future research directions
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the future the author will continue to research and implement issues related to the management of physical facilities at the Foreign Trade University - Quang Ninh Campus, such as: developing procedures and issuing regulations on physical facility management; developing tools for physical facility management; innovating methods for inspecting and evaluating the use and management of physical facilities, etc.

In Chapter 1, the author presented: concepts, goals, principles, content of facilities management and their influence factors. In addition, the author analyzes the role of the office administration in facilities management thereby affirming its importance in general management activities of agencies and organizations.
