11. Practical application:

The thesis topic on the cultural cooperation policy of Korea with Vietnam has high practical applicability. The research results of the topic can be used as a basis for building and planning Vietnam's cultural cooperation policy with foreign partners, first of all with Korea in the new period. For many decades, Korea has built culture into an "industry" with clear economic functions, and has a whole "cultural export" strategy, thereby creating a booming "Korean Wave" in the region. Meanwhile, for Vietnam, these are only new concepts mentioned in the study. Therefore, the cultural cooperation policy of Korea with Vietnam should be considered a "lesson" for Vietnam to study and apply, specifically in planning a strategy to promote and expand the image of Vietnam and export Vietnamese culture abroad. The thesis can be used as a reference document for State management agencies on culture, to have appropriate policies to promote the achievements of Vietnam - Korea cultural cooperation.

12. Further research directions:

Based on the successful defense of the thesis, the author will develop a research topic in the direction of comparing the cultural cooperation policy of Korea with Vietnam with the cultural cooperation policy of Korea with other East Asian partners such as China, Japan, Taiwan, where the "Korean Wave" (Hanllyu) is taking place strongly. If this research direction is favorable, the author can turn it into a doctoral thesis topic, carried out in Korea or Vietnam.
