This thesis presents an overview of anxiety disorders and interventions for a school with generalized anxiety disorder using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
The central content of the thesis focuses on reporting the evaluation and intervention process for an adult with anxiety disorder based on cognitive behavioral therapy. The thesis uses therapeutic techniques to achieve the following goals in the intervention process: (1) Reduce anxiety symptoms, (2) Help the client correctly understand his son's condition, (3) Improve quality of life, (4) Improve relationships with those around him. After 8 intervention sessions, the effectiveness of the intervention based on the client's feedback showed a significant reduction in anxiety disorder symptoms.
