  10. Summary of the thesis results:
Studying Ho Chi Minh's views on the rule of law is an interdisciplinary study, attracting the attention of many political scientists, legal scholars, philosophers, and historians. In the context of the development of a market economy, the challenges of globalization and international integration, and the ever-increasing level of public education, the Party and the State need to accelerate the building and perfecting of the socialist rule of law state more than ever. In this thesis, the author summarizes the content of Ho Chi Minh's views on the rule of law, contributing to clarifying some theoretical issues concerning the thought of the rule of law in general and Ho Chi Minh's thought on the rule of law in particular. From there, the author proposes some solutions for building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh's perspective on the rule of law.
  1. Practical applications:
The construction of a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam has achieved significant accomplishments, with breakthroughs in judicial and administrative reforms in several areas. However, there are still limitations and shortcomings in the current construction of a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam, such as: the awareness of law compliance among a significant portion of Party members, officials, civil servants, and the people is not truly serious; human rights and civil rights are not fully promoted in some aspects. Therefore, the research results of this project will contribute to providing researchers and policymakers with a reference point to formulate directions and strategies for building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam.

Studying Ho Chi Minh's views on the rule of law is interdisciplinary, attracting many interested political scientists, jurists, philosophers, and historians. In the context of the development of the market economy, the challenges of globalization and international integration; The intellectual level is increasing day by day. More than ever, our Party and State need to step up the building and perfect the socialist rule of law State. In this thesis, the author has summarized the contents of Ho Chi Minh's views on the rule of law. Contributing to clarify some of theoretical issues about the rule of law in general and President Ho Chi Minh on the rule of law in particular. From there, some solutions are proposed to build and perfect the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh's point of view on the rule of law.
  1. Applicability in practice:
The construction of a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam has achieved remarkable achievements, judicial reform and administrative reform have made breakthroughs in many fields. However, there are still limitations and inadequacies in the construction of a socialist rule of law State in Vietnam today such as the sense of law observance of a large number of party members, officials, and employees officials and people are not really serious; Human rights and citizens' rights to be present have not been fully promoted. Therefore, the research results of the topic will contribute to helping researchers and soliciting to consult; and set out directions and strategies for building and perfecting the socialist rule of law State in Vietnam.
