10. Summary of the thesis results:
Through a diverse combination of research methods such as document analysis, statistics, comparison, and in-depth interviews, the author has clarified and presented several important research contents and conclusions in this graduation thesis, specifically:
In Chapter 1, the author researched and systematized the theoretical and practical issues of information management and the management of Covid-19 pandemic information on television.
In Chapter 2 of the thesis, through the results of surveying information about Covid-19 in the VTC1 channel's news bulletin system, focusing on the "Covid-19 Epidemic Diary" bulletin and the "Attacking Covid-19 - Stabilizing Production" program, the author pointed out important contents surrounding the management of Covid-19 epidemic information at VTC Digital Television Station such as: (1) Actions of the management subject - including leadership and management. The main and direct object of information management is human relationships inside and outside the television station and television channels; (2) Analysis and clarification of the content of management of Covid-19 epidemic information; and (3) identification of the current state of management methods such as: through regulations and rules; inspection, supervision and evaluation; data management and personnel arrangement...
In Chapter 3 of the thesis, the author identified the importance of managing information about epidemics in the press, given the warnings from scientists and health experts that the world will continue to face dangerous epidemics in the future. From this, several solutions were proposed, including: raising awareness among management leaders about the role of epidemic information management; proactively developing strategies and plans for epidemic information management; innovating content management when working in epidemic environments; and establishing mechanisms to motivate and protect journalists working in epidemic environments.
11. Practical applications:
This research contributes to providing additional material on information management and disease information management when studying the theory and practical issues in journalism.
Furthermore, the conclusions and solutions presented in this thesis serve as a useful reference for information management in television stations in the face of potential future epidemics.
12. Future research directions:
Further research should be conducted on the operational activities of journalists in a pandemic environment (identifying and verifying information, fact-checking, creating articles, etc.).
Further research into public behavior in receiving information about epidemics is needed to gain better insights into epidemic information management, considering the relationship between media organizations, journalists, and the public.

Through the diverse combination of research methods such as document analysis, statistics, cross-referencing, comparisons, and in-depth interviews, the author has clarified and presented some important research contents and conclusions in the thesis, specifically:
In Chapter 1, the author studied and systematized theoretical and practical issues related to generic information management and information management of Covid-19 on Television.
In Chapter 2, through the survey about Covid-19 in the News Bulletin system of VTC1 channel, focusing on the bulletin "Covid-19 Diary" and the program "Attacking Covid-19 - Stabilizing Production," the author identified important content around the management of Covid-19 information at VTC Digital Television: (1) Actions of the management subjects, including leadership and administration. The primary and direct subjects of television information management are the human relationships within and outside the television station and channels; (2) Analysis and clarification of Covid-19 information management content, and (3) Identification of the current situation of management methods such as regulations and rules; inspection, supervision, and evaluation work; data management, and human resource management.
In Chapter 3, the author determines the importance of information management about epidemics in the media, given the current situation where scientists and medical experts warn that the world will continue to face dangerous epidemics and pandemics in the future. From there, the author proposed some solutions such as: Enhancing the awareness of leadership and management teams regarding the role of epidemic information management; Proactively developing strategies and plans for epidemic information management; Innovating content management when operating in an epidemic environment; Establishing mechanisms to motivate and protect journalists working in an epidemic environment.
