 The thesis of " Strategic direction in business of Perfect Service Tours and Commercial Joint Stock Company "is based on scientific principles, strategic plans of Vietnamese national tourism industry and the business position of Perfect Service Tours and Commercial Joint Stock Company. The thesis concentrates on analyzing the business market, the tourism sector reality and internal situation of Perfect Service Tours and Commercial Joint Stock Company; taking the advantage of existing strong points and oppotuinties as well as dealing with difficulties and challenging in order to create the basic materials for strategic planning and establish business solution for Perfect Service Tours and Commercial Joint Stock Company. The main strategies are applied in the case of Perfect Service Tours and Commercial Joint Stock Company included production development, competitiveness, marketing mix.
