Summary of the results of the thesis: Based on in-depth study of the legal basis, practice and content of state management and state management of archives, we have the right orientation and basis in researching and understanding the current situation of archives in Bac Giang province to propose effective and practical measures in innovation of archives management. In addition, we present an overview of the current situation of state management of archives of the Bac Giang Provincial Department of Records and Archives at the local level, the current situation of archives of agencies and organizations under the management of the Department; the achievements and limitations in state management of archives in Bac Giang province in the past; consider and explain the causes of the existing limitations; on that basis, the role of state management of archives of the Bac Giang Provincial Department of Records and Archives is clarified. From the current situation, we propose a number of solutions to contribute to the innovation of state management of local archival work in the coming time, making the province's archival work better meet the requirements of research and use of archival documents in the cause of industrialization and modernization of Bac Giang province.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: On the basis of insight into the basis of legal, practical and contents of state management and state management of the archive, we have orientation and fundermental basis in research, to find out the situations of archives in Bac Giang to make these measures an effective, practical innovation in storage management.
