Summary of thesis results: Based on an in-depth study of the legal basis, practical aspects, and content of state management and state management of archival work, we have a correct orientation and basis for researching and understanding the current state of archival work in Bac Giang province to propose effective and practical measures for reforming archival management. In addition, we present a general overview of the current state of state management of archival work by the Bac Giang Provincial Archives and Records Management Department, the current state of archival work of agencies and organizations under the management of the Department; the achievements and limitations in state management of archival work in Bac Giang province in the past; examine and explain the causes of existing limitations; and on that basis, clarify the role of state management of archival work by the Bac Giang Provincial Archives and Records Management Department. Based on the current situation, we propose several solutions to contribute to the innovation of state management of archival work at the local level in the coming time, enabling the province's archival work to better meet the requirements of research and use of archival documents in the industrialization and modernization of Bac Giang province.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: On the basis of insight into the basis of legal, practical and contents of state management and state management of the archive, we have orientation and fundermental basis in research, to find out the situations of archives in Bac Giang to make these measures an effective, practical innovation in storage management. In addition, we present an overview of the current status of state management of the archive of the Branch of Record and Archives Department of Bac Giang province, the situation of the storage organ organization under the management of the Departments; the achievements and limitations of state management of archival work in Bac Giang Province in recent years; we also review and explain the causes of these existing limitations; on that basis, the management role of the archive of the Branch of Record and Archives Department of Bac Giang province will be clarified. From the current situation, we propose some solutions in order to contribute innovative state management of archival work locally in the future, to help the province's archival work to better meet the research requirements and use archives in the industrialization and modernization of Bac Giang province.
