The content of the thesis focuses on clarifying the current implementation status of the regular social assistance policy in Dong Linh, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province. The study aims to present a general picture of the lives of beneficiaries under the impact of the regular social assistance policy on three basic forms of subsidies: monthly financial subsidies, subsidies on education, job training and subsidies on access to forms of medical examination and treatment and health care. Through describing that situation, the topic wants to find out the achievements of the policy and at the same time wants to understand the needs and aspirations of the beneficiaries themselves from the policy in order to make practical recommendations for changes towards perfecting the regular social assistance policy in the social security system of our Party and State.

Thereby, the thesis wants to find out the point of the policy has achieved and wants to learn the needs of the beneficiaries from this policy, so that there are proposals to change completely permanent social assistance policies in social security system of the Party and State.
