This thesis focuses on clarifying the current state of implementation of regular social assistance policies in Dong Linh commune, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province. The research aims to present an overall picture of the lives of beneficiaries under the impact of regular social assistance policies across three basic forms of assistance: monthly financial assistance, assistance in education and job training, and assistance in accessing medical care. Through describing this current situation, the study seeks to identify the achievements of the policy and simultaneously understand the needs and aspirations of the beneficiaries themselves, thereby proposing practical changes to improve regular social assistance policies within the social security system of the Party and the State.

The thesis aims to approach an overall picture of the beneficiaries lives under the permanent social assistance policies impact with three basic forms of basic assistance such as subsidies on monthly financial, education, job training and approaching medical care forms. Thereby, the thesis wants to find out the point of the policy has achieved and wants to learn the needs of the beneficiaries from this policy, so that there are proposals to change completely permanent social assistance policies in social security system of the Party and State.
