Based on this, feasible solutions are proposed to develop library information products and services at university libraries in Nam Dinh province, including: developing policies for the development of library information products and services, improving the quality of existing products and services, developing new products and services, improving the skills of library staff, training information users, enhancing the efficiency of investment in infrastructure and equipment for the development of library products and services, applying information technology in the development of library products and services, and promoting cooperation among libraries, etc.
