11. Summary of thesis results:

The process of reclaiming agricultural land in Ai Quoc and Dong Lac communes is a process of converting from traditional agricultural production to industrial, handicraft, trade and service development. The area of agricultural land in the two communes is increasingly narrowing due to the agricultural land reclaimation policy of the Party and the State to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country and focus on developing key economic zones, and instead expanding the development of industrial parks, factories, export processing zones, and social welfare works. That process has created positive factors such as economic growth, increased income, improved living standards of households, along with a change in the structure of industries, a decrease in agricultural labor and an increase in industry, handicrafts, trade and services. That change is reflected in the change in the basic functions of the family, which is most clearly reflected in the change in the economic function of the household.

The process of reclaiming agricultural land has affected the transformation of basic functions in the family, especially the household economic function. That change is reflected through changes in the structure of occupations, labor, employment, living standards and income; changes in production and business methods, living standards, household income and expenditure; changes in family living strategies; at the same time, it also makes unemployment and labor surplus increasingly increase. Farmers who lose their land are forced to change their profession. When there is no more land for agricultural production, they will have to calculate and have options for a long-term living strategy for the whole family, with a direction to invest in livestock development. They use compensation money to be able to invest their own capital or pool capital to invest in developing small-scale industries, build and expand production workshops to create jobs on the spot for their families and can partly solve the problem for local farmers to have jobs and earn extra income, limit the amount of surplus labor and unemployment in the locality. In addition, they are parents who must also have long-term career orientation for their children. Besides,

The main reason for the change in the economic function of households is the impact of the process of reclaiming agricultural land to serve the development of industrial parks, factories, industrial clusters and services. That is the change in the occupational structure, labor, employment, income and living strategy of households. People lose their land for production, families have to change their occupations and have not adapted to the new conditions, unemployment, social evils increase, and the security and order situation in the locality becomes increasingly complicated. These factors create pressure on farmers who have lost their land. On the other hand, the change in the economic function of households is reflected in the decrease in the living standards of a part of farmers due to industrial parks being built on the basis of reclaiming agricultural land, while farmers mainly rely on agricultural production. They will have difficulty finding new jobs, and from there they will fall into unemployment and create a difficult labor market for themselves. Farmers find it difficult to adapt to the industrial environment, it is not easy for farmers to have a stable job after losing their land and the opportunity becomes even rarer when they are not professionally trained, the quality of their human resources does not meet the demands of the labor market in the context of globalization.

In addition, factors such as dust, waste, noise, wastewater, industrial smoke and industrial waste affect the daily life of residents, especially directly affecting the health of local people. Thus, among the factors affecting the health of rural people, most are related to the activities of industrial parks due to the activities of enterprises. Rural industrialization has contributed to many changes in rural family life, with the promotion of the transformation of occupational structure, improving living standards, creating new jobs, reducing agricultural labor and increasing non-agricultural labor. Besides the positive aspects, rural industrialization also gives rise to pressing social problems, due to land acquisition for industrial park development, farmers lose their production land, lack of jobs, so a part of farming families have low income and a reduced standard of living; social evils are increasing; the ecological environment is seriously affected. Industrial zones in rural areas are having negative impacts on the natural and social environment, threatening the health of rural people.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The process of recovery of agricultural land in communal Ai Quoc and Dong Lac from traditional agriculture to industrial development, small industry and commercial services. The area of agricultural land in areas 2 communes increasingly shrinking due to policies regain land of agriculture of the State and Party to serve the development of industrialization and modernization of the country and focus on developing key economic areas, and instead is expanding development of industrial parks, factories, export processing zones, the social welfare projects. That process has generated positive factors such as economic growth, raise incomes, improve living standards of households, which is attached to the restructuring of industry, labor and agriculture fell instead, the rise of industry, small industry and commercial services. The variations shown by the transformation of the basic functions of the family, through the functional changes of the household economy.

The process of recovery of agricultural land had impacted on the transformation of the basic functions of the family, especially the function of the household economy. That change is reflected through changes in the occupational structure, labor, employment, living standards and income; changes in production and business methods, standard of living, income and expenditure of household; changing strategies of family life; it also makes unemployment and surplus labor increase. The farmers are landless forced career change, when there is no land for agricultural production, they will have to calculate and there are options for long-term survival strategy for the whole family, with the first direction investment in livestock development, they use the compensation to construction and expansion of production facilities to create jobs as the spot for his family and can solve partial to local farmers get more income jobs, limiting the amount of surplus labor and local unemployment. In addition, parents also have a long-term career orientation for their children

Besides, the main reason leading to the transformation of the economic function of families is due to the impact of the withdrawal of agricultural land to cater for the development of industrial parks, manufacturing plants, the industrial and service clusters. It is the change in the occupational structure, labor, employment, income and life of household. The production landless families to switch careers and have not adapted to the new conditions, a shortage of jobs, unemployment, increasing social vices, security and order situation in the increasingly complex locality days. These factors create pressures for farmers are landless. On the other hand the economic function family transformation is expressed through the life of a farmer division by the industrial park was built on the basis of recovery of agricultural land, farmers living mainly based in agricultural vocational . They will be difficult to find a new job, and then they will fall in unemployment. Difficult for farmers to adapt to industrial environment. It is not easy for farmers to get a stable job after losing land and opportunities become more scarce as they are not trained in professional quality meet to demand of the labor market in the context of globalization.

In addition, factors such as dust, garbage, noise, waste water, industrial smog and industrial waste that affect daily life in residential areas, especially directly affect the health health of local people. Thus, the factors affecting the health of people in rural areas, mostly related to the operation of industrial parks by the operation of the business. Rural industrialization has contributed to changes in many aspects of family life in rural areas, to promote the restructuring of industry, improve living standards, create new jobs, reduce agricultural labor and increased non-agricultural labor. Besides the positive side, rural industrialization also raises pressing social issues, land acquisition for industrial park development, production landless, unemployed were a part of the family farmer with low incomes and living standards fell; the social evils grow; ecological environment seriously affected. The industrial zones in rural areas are having a negative impact on the natural environment and social environment, threatening the health of rural people.
