10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis has researched and clarified three main contents: Objective and subjective factors affecting labor cooperation between Vietnam and Malaysia; the current state of labor cooperation between the two countries, the results and achievements obtained as well as the remaining limitations; and recommendations for solutions to improve the effectiveness of labor cooperation between the two countries. The research results have clarified the overall picture of international labor cooperation between Vietnam and Malaysia.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis are all applicable in practice. Based on the data, analysis, evaluation, and updates of the research results, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and other competent authorities can adjust and supplement policies to better suit the actual situation, thereby making labor cooperation between the two sides more effective.

12. Future research directions:

The next research direction will select case studies within a geographical scope, focusing on typical provinces and cities in Vietnam that have activities involving sending workers to Malaysia, in order to better understand the impact of this activity on the local economy and society, as well as on the workers themselves.

Results of this study have clarified the panorama of international co-operation on labor between Vietnam and Malaysia.

The research results of the thesis are capable of application in practice. Based on the real closely and updated data, analysis, evaluation of the study's results, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the competent authorities can adjust and supplement to issue policies more consistent with the actual situation to manage the labor co-operation between the two sides more effectively.

The next research direction will select the research on typical geographical scope, typical provinces of Vietnam that engaged in sending laborers to work in Malaysia to see more clearly the impact of this operation on local economy, society and employees.
