The author explored theories of resources, financial resources, mobilization, financial resource mobilization, technology, high technology, etc., as well as the current state of mobilizing financial resources for the application of high technology in the conservation of the My Son heritage site. From this, the author analyzed and identified the advantages, difficulties, limitations, and causes in mobilizing financial resources and proposed solutions for mobilizing financial resources.
