These are crucial and indispensable skills for students working in groups. The thesis also affirms that the process of developing teamwork skills in learning is influenced by many different factors, including: students' motivation for teamwork, family education, school educational methods in general, and the direct impact of subject teachers in particular, which are prominent factors. Regarding the practical research results, the findings indicate that the majority of students have a correct understanding of the meaning and importance of teamwork, and the necessity of knowledge about methods of action when working in groups to develop the component skills of teamwork in learning. - Our practical research results show that students' teamwork skills in learning are currently at an average level. There is a correlation between the necessity, frequency of application, and proficiency in applying knowledge about teamwork methods to develop teamwork skills in learning. A connection exists between the level of proficiency in applying knowledge about action methods to develop teamwork skills among students in different schools and grade levels. - Practical research results on the influence of factors on the formation of teamwork skills in students show that: students' motivation for teamwork, family education, school educational methods in general, and the direct influence of subject teachers have a prominent influence on the formation of teamwork skills in students, but this influence is not strong enough and not consistent. 11. Practical applications: - Serving as a reference for teacher training programs on teaching general skills and teamwork skills in particular. - Serving as a reference for principals of junior high schools to organize activities to help students improve teamwork skills. - Serving as a reference for teachers in the process of teaching students. 12. Future research directions: In the future, we will continue our research in the following directions: - Expanding the research scope to cover the entire country. - Expanding research to include more component skills of teamwork skills. - Further researching the relationship between the frequency of application and the proficiency in applying knowledge about methods of action to form component skills of teamwork skills in learning. 13.
