Based on an overview of some theoretical issues and a general overview of Buddhism in Kien Giang province, this thesis analyzes the current state of the model for raising children with special difficulties at the Phat Quang Social Charity Center in Kien Giang province from the following aspects: the history of its formation, functions, tasks, and organizational structure; and the activities of the model for raising children with special difficulties at the Phat Quang Social Charity Center. From this, it identifies the characteristics of the model for raising children with special difficulties at the Phat Quang Social Charity Center. The thesis provides an assessment of the model for raising children with special difficulties at the Phat Quang Social Charity Center in Kien Giang province from two perspectives: the achievements and significance, and identifies the problems and proposes solutions to overcome them.
