10. Summary of thesis results:
From analyzing the theoretical basis of technological innovation, the State's policies on library work in the context of digital transformation taking place strongly and affecting all areas of life, the author has a deeper insight into the data storage work of staff at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU. From analyzing the current status of VNU's policies such as regulations on the organization and operation of the Digital Library and Knowledge Center, in addition to library regulations, regulations on opening hours at Knowledge Service rooms, the author found that the organization and operation of the Faculty Documentation Room at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities still has many limitations in document management, the process of lending and returning documents to serve users, the document entry process is still manual, which is recorded in a notebook, and documents are entered into excel files, however, the information on document updates sent to students, trainees, and lecturers is not timely. In addition, there are still limitations in terms of inappropriate professional capacity of staff, and the staff's technological capacity does not meet the needs of technological innovation. In particular, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities does not have a policy on data storage for the Faculty Documentation Offices, so the leaders of the Faculties and staff have not really paid attention to and managed documents according to a stricter process.
The author has proposed a number of solutions to promote technological innovation policies in data storage of staff at the Faculty's Documentation Department as follows: Investing funds for technological innovation activities; Perfecting the Faculty's Documentation Department system in a modern and friendly direction such as having policies on organization and operation, reward policies to motivate employees, investing in human resources, applying information technology; Creating an open environment, linking between units and expanding international cooperation; Intellectual property policy in library activities. With the above results, the thesis topic has demonstrated scientific and practical significance.
11. Practical application:
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU has policies regulating the organization and operation of the Faculty Archives, investment policies allocating funds for data storage, specific reward policies for office staff at the Faculties, human resource training policies, policies on recruiting staff with the right expertise and recruitment work is implemented transparently. The school invests funds to innovate technology such as having document storage management software used in all Faculties to ensure compatibility - synchronization - consistency.

From the analysis of the theoretical basis of technological innovation, the State's policies on library work in the context of digital transformation are taking place strongly and affecting all areas of life, the author has a deeper insight into the data storage work of staff at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, National University Hanoi. From analyzing the current situation of National University Hanoi's policies such as regulations on organization and operation of the Center for Library and Digital Knowledge, in addition, there are library rules, stipulating the opening hours for knowledge services rooms, the author finds that the organization and operation of the Faculty Documentation Department at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities still has many limitations in terms of document management, the process of lending and returning documents to serve users, the process of importing documents is still manual, which is to record in a notebook, and at the same time to import documents into excel files, however, the updated information about documents sent to students, trainees, and tutors is not timely. In addition, there are limitations in the professional capacity of inappropriate staff, and the technical capacity of the staff has not met the needs of technological innovation. In particular, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities does not have a policy to store data for the Faculty Documentation Department, so the Faculty's leaders and staff have not really cared about and managed documents according to a strict process.
The author has proposed a number of solutions to promote the policy of technological innovation in data storage of staff at the Faculty Documentation Department as follows: Invest funds for technological innovation activities; Strengthening the system of the Faculty Documentation Department in a modern and friendly manner as required by regulations on organization and operation, reward policy to motivate employees, investment in human resources, application of information technology; Create an open environment, link between units and expand international cooperation; Intellectual property policy in library activities. With the above results, the thesis topic has shown scientific significance and practicality.
