10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis is presented in the correct format of a thesis on Social Work research. The thesis consists of 4 main chapters.
Chapter 1: Theoretical and practical basis. In this chapter, the author has raised the basic issues of some theories as the basis for the research. At the same time, the author also clearly stated some basic viewpoints and policies of the Party and State on the issue of protecting, caring for and educating children. On the basis of some activities, the author also clearly stated the practical basis in Vietnam in protecting children from domestic violence.
Chapter 2of the content section presents the reality of domestic violence against children and its consequences. The reality of domestic violence and domestic violence against children is studied through survey activities with the assessment contribution of children, parents and the community. In addition, the author of the thesis, through document analysis combined with the investigation process, has highlighted the serious consequences that domestic violence can cause to children.
Chapter 3The article discusses the needs of children and families in domestic violence and the activities and services of society that contribute to helping children affected by domestic violence as well as the level of access to those services of children and families affected by domestic violence. To help children avoid domestic violence, the author has proposed a number of specific solutions, focusing on solutions to support employment for family members, propaganda and education for children, and strengthening the activities of social workers.
Chapter 4, based on the reality of domestic violence and children suffering from domestic violence, the psychological and behavioral trauma encountered and the level of access to social services for children in violent environments, the author of the thesis proposes a specific intervention model focusing on the family to support children in violent environments. The model is drawn from research and application in a number of countries and has changed in content and form of activities to suit the practical conditions of Vietnam.
11. Practical application:
The family-centered intervention model to protect children from domestic violence is a new form and has not been applied in Vietnam. However, this is a model that the author has applied and learned from the models of researchers and social organizations at home and abroad, so the content and form of operation of the model will be quickly accepted by children, families and society. The thesis contributes to raising people's awareness of domestic violence and the consequences of domestic violence on children. Thereby, making parents find suitable alternatives in educating their children instead of violence against children. With the family-centered intervention model, the author of the thesis hopes that the model will be accepted and applied in many places in Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
12. Further research directions:
With the current situation of domestic violence and especially domestic violence against children in Hanoi and Vietnam becoming increasingly complicated, the issue of protecting children from domestic violence in the community will receive the attention of many social researchers and social organizations. The family-centered practice model to protect children from domestic violence will continue to be researched and replicated nationwide.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This thesis is presented in the correct form of a social work analysis research. Thesis consists of 4 main chapters.
Chapter 1:Rationale and practical basis. In this chapter, the author gave the fundamental issues of some theories for the study. At the same time, the author also clarified some important points and basic policies of the Party and State in protecting, caring and educating the children. With a number of activities, the author also clarified the factual basis in Vietnam in protecting children from domestic violence.
Chapter 2, the author describes the current status of domestic violence against children and its consequences. Current status of domestic violence and domestic violence against children were studied through examining assessment of children, parents and the community. In addition, the author of the thesis, with analyzing documents in conjunction with investigation, has highlighted serious consequences of domestic violence which can cause to the children.
Chapter 3refers to the needs of children and families in violence and social activities as well as social services which contribute to help children from domestic violence as well as accessibility to those services of children and violent families. To help children from domestic violence, the author proposed a number of specific solutions including supporting jobs for family members, advocating for children's education, enhancing the role of the social workers.
Chapter 4, on the basis of the current status of domestic violence and children with domestic violence, the psychological – act trauma encounter and accessibility to social services for children in violent environments, the authors proposed a family – centered model to support children in violent environments. The model is drawn of the study and application in a number of foreign countries and there is just for a change in the content and form of activities to suit the practical conditions of Vietnam.
12. Practical applicability:
The family-centered model to protect children from domestic violence is a new form and has not been applied in Vietnam yet. However this model was applied and learned from the models of the domestic and foreign researchers and Social Organization, so the content and form of the model will be accepted faster by the children, the families and society. This thesis contributes to raising awareness of people about domestic violence and consequences of violence against children. Since then it makes parents find out suit parenting methods instead of using violence against children. With family-centered model, the author hopes that the model will be accepted and applied in many places in Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
13. Further research directions:
With the current status of domestic violence, especially violence against children in Hanoi and Vietnam are complicating increasingly, the protection of children from domestic violence in the community will be focused by many social researchers and social organizations. The family-centered model to protect the children from domestic violence will continue to be studied and replicated throughout the country.
