Based on a theoretical study of technical worker training in general and on-the-job training methods in particular, the author surveyed the current state of technical worker training at Em Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd., thereby identifying existing advantages, limitations, and the causes of those limitations.

Based on the analysis of the current situation in the training of technical workers, this thesis proposes several solutions to improve on-the-job training in the company's technical worker training activities, such as: improving the identification of training needs, diversifying on-the-job training methods, enhancing the quality of instructors, and improving the evaluation of training effectiveness.

The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference, a theoretical basis, and a foundational element for Em Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. to apply in order to improve the effectiveness of on-the-job training in the training of technical workers.
