Based on the study of the theoretical system of technical worker training in general and on-site training methods in technical worker training in particular, the author surveyed the current status of technical worker training activities at Em Tech Vietnam Limited Company, thereby pointing out the advantages, limitations and causes of those limitations.
Based on the analysis of the current situation in technical worker training activities, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve on-site training in the company's technical worker training activities such as: improving the identification of training needs, diversifying on-site training methods, improving the quality of teaching staff, and improving the evaluation of training effectiveness.
