Through the research topic: The art of storytelling of "Mamma Mia" - from stage to cinema, the thesis has achieved the following results:
Firstly, the thesis has delved into and analyzed issues related to adaptation studies and directions of application of this theory in the study of adapted works. The thesis also pointed out the value and importance of narratology theory, a literary research theory born in the late 20th century. From there, the thesis presents the comprehensive concepts of this theory that can be applied to the study of storytelling art in "Mamma Mia" - from stage to cinema such as space, time, character, point of view, language.
Second, looking at the way of building a typical space in each genre, we see that each director and each producer has their own methods and artistic techniques to create a space for the characters to live and fully complete their artistic tasks. And an important factor that creates the success of this play and film is the system of excellent, individual characters who are a complete piece of the artistic picture through skillful character building methods and measures such as building actions, conflicts, appearance, personality, etc.

Firstly, the thesis has analyzed issues related to adaptation studies and the application of this theory in the study of adaptation works. The thesis also points out the value and importance of narratology theory, a literary theory that was born in the late twentieth century. On presenting the concepts of this theory, the thesis can be applied in studying narratology of “Mamma Mia”, such as background, setting, points of view, use of language and so on.
The second outcome of the thesis is that, from the way of building space art in each genre, we realized that each director, each producer has their own artistic methods and techniques to create a space for the characters and fulfill their artistic tasks.
