11. Summary of Thesis Results: This thesis studies cultural diplomacy, one of the three main pillars of diplomacy alongside political diplomacy and economic diplomacy. The author first presents the concept and theory of cultural diplomacy, as well as the traditional cultural diplomacy of South Korea and Vietnam. Subsequently, the thesis examines the cultural diplomacy policies of South Korea and Vietnam from 2000 to 2020. Simultaneously, the thesis compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between South Korean and Vietnamese cultural diplomacy during the period 2000-2020 in terms of context, purpose, activities, participating entities, and promotional methods. Through this analysis and comparison, the thesis attempts to draw conclusions that can contribute to the future development of cultural diplomacy in Vietnam.
