This thesis focuses on researching the theoretical and practical foundations of information and library organization and operation. It surveys the current state of information and library organization and operation at Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School in Hanoi, the Hanoi Library, and the Center for Training and Rehabilitation of the Blind. Based on this, it proposes specific solutions to improve the organization and enhance the effectiveness of information and library operations at the three surveyed units.

Survey on the status of organization and activities of information and library at the Nguyen Dinh Chieu School - Ha Noi, Ha Noi Library and Center of Training cadres and Rehabilitation for the Blind. On that basis, specific groups of solutions are proposed to improve the organization and advance the effectiveness of information and library activities at the 03 places.
