The thesis focuses on studying the theoretical and practical foundations of information and library organization and operation. Surveying the current situation of information and library organization and operation at Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School, Hanoi, Hanoi Library and the Center for Training and Rehabilitation of the Blind. Thereby, specific solutions are proposed to improve the organization and improve the effectiveness of information and library operations at the 3 surveyed units.

11. Practical application:

The thesis is the basis for 03 survey units to use to perfect the organization and improve the efficiency of information - library activities.

The thesis is used as a reference for other studies on organization and activities of information - libraries and the visually impaired.

On that basis, specific groups of solutions are proposed to improve the organization and advance the effectiveness of information and library activities at the 03 places.
