The thesis "The Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee leads the construction of cultural life from 2005 to 2015" analyzed the natural and socio-economic conditions that affected the process of directing the implementation of the construction of cultural life in Vinh Phuc province; systematized the viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the construction of cultural life and analyzed the process of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee leading the implementation of the construction of cultural life from 2005 to 2015.
The thesis evaluates and points out the achievements and limitations in the leadership of building cultural life of the Provincial Party Committee. From there, the thesis presents experiences from the practice of leading the building of cultural life of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee from 2005 to 2015. These are valuable experiences for the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee to promote leadership in building cultural life in the following years.
