The thesis "The Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee's Leadership in Building Cultural Life from 2005 to 2015" analyzed the natural, economic, and social conditions affecting the process of directing the implementation of building cultural life in Vinh Phuc province; systematized the viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam on building cultural life; and analyzed the process of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee's leadership in implementing the building of cultural life from 2005 to 2015.

This thesis evaluates and points out the achievements and limitations in the leadership of building cultural life by the Provincial Party Committee. From there, the thesis presents experiences from the practical leadership of building cultural life by the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee from 2005 to 2015. These experiences are valuable for reference for the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee to strengthen its leadership in building cultural life in the following years.

Thesis assesses and points out the achievements, constraints in building leadership and cultural life of the provincial Party Since then, the thesis raises from practical experience building leadership and cultural life of the provincial Peace Party from 2005 to 2015. It was the experience valuable reference for Peace provincial Party leadership pushing to build cultural life in the coming years.
