10. Summary of the thesis results:
The author has outlined the concepts, position, and role of universities in training and developing human resources in science and technology. The relationship between universities and businesses in training science and technology personnel for businesses is also discussed. International experiences regarding the linkage between universities and businesses in training science and technology personnel are presented.
The author has explored an overview of the business model of Viettel and Hanoi National University, thereby surveying and analyzing the current state of training collaboration between Hanoi National University and Viettel Hanoi, and presenting observations and assessments of the training collaboration between the two entities.
Based on this, the author proposes solutions regarding resource sharing, the formation of different coordination methods, the linkage in building training program content and environmental research, policies, and legal frameworks, and solutions for operating the collaborative model.

Promoting collaborative training within the national training system will contribute to improving training that aligns with practical needs. Businesses will have the opportunity to develop human resources in science and technology.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The author mentioned the concept, location and role of universities in training and developing the human resources of science and technology, the relationship between universities and enterprises in the field of training human resources of science and technology for enterprises, international experiences of associating between universities and enterprises in training manpower of science and technology.
The author studied deeply about the total model of Viettel Coorporation and Hanoi national University, from there, surveyed and analyzed the real situation of associating in training between Hanoi national University and Hanoi Viettel Coorporation, gave out the comments and appreciations about their training association.
On that basis, the author proposed the solutions of sharing resources, shaping the different ways of combination, connecting to establish the content of training programs and environmental researchs, the policies and legal corridor for solutions to opporate the associating model.
