- About Theory:The thesis is a research project on solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management of archival work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Analyzing the scientific and legal bases of archival work at the ministerial and sectoral levels, assessing the current status of archival work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to have an objective view of the advantages and shortcomings in order to propose some solutions to further improve the quality of archival management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

- In practice:The research results of the topic contribute practically to finding solutions to further improve the quality of archival management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as help the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade have a comprehensive and objective view of the advantages and shortcomings in the archival work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade as a basis for planning policies in the coming time.

To provide a scientific and practical basis for building a system of management documents on archival work and archival documents of the Industry and Trade sector in the direction of specialization and modernization of a multi-sector, multi-field ministry.

In practice: Results of the research contributing to the solutions to improve management efficiency of archiving at MOIT as well as giving the Leaders of MOIT a comprehensive approach of advantages and difficulties to give some solutions to further improve the management efficiency of archiving at MOIT in the future. Used as scientific data base to build a systematic management law document on archiving and Industry and Trade archivement modernly and specially.
