- In terms of theory:This thesis is a research project exploring solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management of archival work within the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It analyzes the scientific and legal foundations of archival work at the ministerial and sectoral levels, assesses the current state of archival work within the Ministry of Industry and Trade to gain an objective perspective on strengths and weaknesses, and proposes solutions to further enhance the quality of archival management within the Ministry.

- In practice:The research findings of this project make a practical contribution to finding solutions to further improve the quality of archival management within the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as providing the Ministry's leadership with a comprehensive and objective view of the strengths and weaknesses in the Ministry's archival work, serving as a basis for formulating future policies.

To provide a scientific and practical basis for building a system of management documents on archival work and archival materials in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in the direction of specialization and modernization of a multi-sectoral and multi-field ministry.

It analyzes the scientific and judical data of the ministries and agencies, therefore, to assess the fact of archiving at MOIT to have a look on the advantages and difficulties to give some solutions to further improve the management efficiency of archiving at MOIT

In practice: Results of the research contributing to the solutions to improve management efficiency of archiving at MOIT as well as giving the Leaders of MOIT a comprehensive approach of advantages and difficulties to give some solutions to further improve the management efficiency of archiving at MOIT in the future. Used as scientific data base to build a systematic management law document on archiving and Industry and Trade archivement modernly and specially.
