The thesis has presented an overview of the main Buddhist thoughts that influence the lifestyle of Vietnamese people and the process of introduction and development of Buddhism in Vietnam.
The thesis has systematically analyzed and presented the characteristics and changes in the current Vietnamese lifestyle and the influence of Buddhism on the Vietnamese lifestyle in a number of aspects such as: Ways of working, producing and organizing life; customs and practices; Philosophy of life (kindness, respect for love and affection) and the way of behaving of the Vietnamese people. On that basis, the thesis initially proposes some basic solutions to promote the positive influence and limit the negative influence of Buddhism on the current Vietnamese lifestyle.

The thesis is presented an overview of the main ideas of Buddhism that affects the lifestyles of the Vietnamese and the introduction and development of Buddhism in Vietnam.
The theoretical thesis explains the aspects and the lifestyles of the Vietnamese as well as the impacts of the Buddhism on the Vietnamese's way of life such as methods of production and organizations of life; customs and traditions; life philosophies (kindness and respect) and Vietnamese behaviors. As a result, the thesis initially proposes some basic solutions in order to promote positive effects and limit negative ones on the Vietnamese ways of life these days.
