10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis has presented an overview of the main ideas of Buddhism that have influenced the lifestyle of Vietnamese people and the process of the introduction and development of Buddhism in Vietnam.

This thesis systematically analyzes and presents the characteristics and changes in the lifestyle of contemporary Vietnamese people and the influence of Buddhism on their lifestyles in several aspects, such as: methods of labor and production and organization of life; customs and traditions; life philosophy (compassion, valuing righteousness and loyalty); and the way Vietnamese people behave. Based on this, the thesis initially proposes some basic solutions to promote the positive influence and mitigate the negative influence of Buddhism on the lifestyle of contemporary Vietnamese people.

This thesis contributes to enriching the source of reference materials for research, teaching, and learning about religion in general, and Buddhism in particular, and serves as a reference for students and trainees in philosophy, religion, and related fields.

The thesis is presented an overview of the main ideas of Buddhism that affects the lifestyles of the Vietnamese and the introduction and development of Buddhism in Vietnam.

The scientific thesis explains the aspects and the lifestyles of the Vietnamese as well as the impacts of the Buddhism on the Vietnamese's way of life such as methods of production and organizations of life; customs and traditions; life philosophies (kindness and respect) and Vietnamese behaviors. As a result, the thesis initially proposes some basic solutions in order to promote positive effects and limit negative ones on the Vietnamese ways of life these days.
