Second: The thesis has researched and highlighted the natural, socio-economic and cultural conditions of Phu Tho province to implement the new rural construction program.

Third: The thesis clarifies the leadership process of implementing the National Target Program on new rural construction of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee from 2008 to 2014.

Fourth: The thesis presents the results of new rural construction in Phu Tho from 2008 to 2014.

Fifth: The thesis has presented some experiences of Phu Tho province in building new rural areas after five years of implementation.
