It can help the Party, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations deeply perceive the role of social organizations in the political system, on that basis build, innovate and perfect institutions and legal mechanisms to promote and further enhance the role of social organizations in the process of innovation and perfection of the political system in Vietnam today.
