In chapter 1 of the thesis, the author clarifies the concept, basic content, and role of revolutionary ethics in Ho Chi Minh's thought. Research and clearly present Ho Chi Minh's views on young students; on the role, content, and methods of moral education for young students.

In chapter 2 of the thesis, the author analyzes and evaluates the positive aspects as well as the limitations of ethics of Hong Duc University students; the causes of those achievements and limitations and weaknesses.

In chapter 3 of the thesis, the author clearly states the requirements in the issue of moral education; from there, proposes some basic solutions to continue to improve the effectiveness of moral education for students of Hong Duc University on the basis of Ho Chi Minh's thought, including a group of solutions on the cognitive side and a group of solutions on the organizational implementation side.

The thesis provides additional scientific arguments in the construction and organization of the implementation of action programs of the Student Union, Youth Union, and Student Affairs Department of Hong Duc University, Thanh Hoa province.

It is possible to expand research on the process of applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology to continue improving the effectiveness of moral education for students in Thanh Hoa province and Vietnamese students.
