10. Summary of the thesis results:

In Chapter 1 of the thesis, the author clarifies the concept, basic content, and role of revolutionary ethics in Ho Chi Minh's thought. The study clearly presents Ho Chi Minh's views on student youth; and on the role, content, and methods of moral education for student youth.

In Chapter 2 of the thesis, the author analyzes and evaluates the positive aspects as well as the ethical limitations of students at Hong Duc University; and the causes of these achievements and shortcomings.

In Chapter 3 of the thesis, the author clearly outlines the requirements for moral education; from there, proposes some basic solutions to further improve the effectiveness of moral education for students at Hong Duc University based on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, including solutions related to awareness and solutions related to implementation.

This thesis provides further scientific arguments for the development and implementation of action programs of the Student Union, Youth Union, and Student Affairs Department of Hong Duc University, Thanh Hoa province.

Further research on the application of Ho Chi Minh's ideology could be expanded to further enhance the effectiveness of moral education for students in Thanh Hoa province and Vietnamese students in general.
