On the other hand, we also point out the effective communication strategies that the characters have applied when participating in communication in Truyen Kieu. - Chapter 3: Survey of groups of speech acts through the dialogue of characters in Truyen Kieu In this chapter, we count and classify 124 speech acts into 7 groups of speech acts appearing in the dialogue of characters in Truyen Kieu. At the same time, this chapter also clearly shows the formal characteristics, structure and semantic characteristics as well as the role of these groups of speech acts in Truyen Kieu. 12. Ability to apply in practice (if any) In terms of practice, the thesis provides data to help the teaching and learning of Truyen Kieu more effectively. At the same time, the thesis also helps readers use argumentation methods and communication strategies in daily life flexibly to achieve the communication goals they desire. 13. On the other hands, we also point out the effective communication strategy that characters applied when communicating in Truyen Kieu. - Chapter 3: Carrying out the survey on words- groups through conversation language among the characters in Truyen Kieu In this chapter, we made a statistic and analyzed 124 groups of word action. It's divided into 7 groups of word action that appear on characters' dialogues in Truyen Kieu. Through this chapter, we also point out apparent characteristics, construction and characteristics of semantics as well as the role of these groups of word action in Truyen Kieu. 12. The ability of applying in reality: In terms of reality, thesis provides the evidence that supports for education effectively. At the same time, the thesis also helps readers to use argument method and communication strategy in daily life flexibly in order to gain the communicative aim as expected. 13.
