Summary of the results of the thesis: Our thesis focuses on clarifying three main issues in the art of Nguyen Binh Phuong's novels: characters, space-time construction, and storytelling art. Regarding the issue of characters, we find that Nguyen Binh Phuong is particularly successful with the types of characters such as absent characters, crazy characters, and crowd characters. By using the technique of character fantasy and character erasure, Nguyen Binh Phuong creates a world of vivid, realistic, but unique characters. Not paying too much attention to the character's personality, Nguyen Binh Phuong builds characters that are somewhat influenced by the early 20th century novels of famous writers such as F.Kafka, A.Camus, etc. Regarding the issue of space-time construction, Nguyen Binh Phuong has expressed a multi-dimensional view of the world.
