Researches the factors affecting the operational efficiency of information and library products and services. Proposes solutions and recommendations to improve and develop the system of information and library products and services at the Center for Science and Technology Information to improve the quality of training and research to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country.

Researching about factors which impact on activity efficiency of products and information library services at the Institute.
