The results of this study will help foreign managers and business owners draw lessons in managing Vietnamese workers.

Vietnamese workers have a more objective and comprehensive view of themselves, have a direction to overcome weaknesses, and build for themselves an industrial, civilized, and modern working style.

The thesis will be a document for Vietnamese leaders and managers to use to train workers more effectively in the context of multicultural integration.
