Thesis provides an overview of the status of ethnic minority women's participation in the public sector of Kontum province. According to the research findings, the involvement of ethnic minority women in the public sector in Kon Tum is quite limited.
Thesis focuses on ethnic minority women's job opportunities, working experiences in the local context against the backdrop of local perceptions of gender roles as well inter-ethnic relations.
