The thesis has reviewed the research on Nha Trang seafood cuisine to serve tourism development in both theoretical and practical aspects. The thesis conducted a survey and evaluated the current status of exploiting seafood products to serve tourists in Nha Trang, focusing on researching the exploitation conditions, services, and characteristics of Nha Trang seafood products, the difficulties and advantages in bringing seafood cuisine into tourism development. The thesis also proposes solutions to contribute to improving the efficiency of exploiting seafood culinary products to serve tourism development in Nha Trang such as enhancing service types, improving technical facilities for seafood culinary tourism, enhancing product promotion activities, improving the quality of labor force, inspection, control, price management, food product quality and food hygiene and safety issues, combining culinary tours with local cuisine, diversifying seafood culinary products to serve tourists, contributing to the development of tourism in Nha Trang in particular and Khanh Hoa in general.

The article focused on presenting the status of exploring the sea cuisine to serve toursits in Nha Trang in both theoretical and practical aspects. It conducts surveys and assesses the status of exploiting the sea cuisine for tourists in Nha Trang, focusing on researching the conditions of exploitation, services, the specificity of them. Since then, I give some solutions to improve it: Developing the tourist market, diversifying into the sea cuisine and kind of service, perfecting facilities for the cuisine tourism, enhancing on promotion activites of cuisine and culture, improving on the quality of cooking team, enhancing on the irrigation, price management, quality of products and food safety, mix of tour, local cuisine, contributing to tourism development in particular to Nha Trang, in general to Khanh Hoa.
