The thesis presents an overall picture of human resources along with assessments of the strengths and weaknesses of tourism human resources and the causes directly affecting the development of human resources in Tien Giang province. The thesis proposes solutions to develop human resources in Tien Giang tourism, both in quantity and quality, to meet the needs of attracting tourists and contributing to the development of tourism in Tien Giang, in line with and meeting the requirements of socio-economic development in general and tourism development in particular.
